Of 24 hours in a day, how much time do you devote to God?

My hoodies became my Kleenex, and I vividly remember the empty, gaping pit I felt inside my stomach when I sat on the living room floor at night, rocking myself back and forth, trying to understand, “Why?”.

3:00 a.m. drunken escapades in karaoke bars started to become my new normal. As a daughter of Christ, I had to ask myself, "How did I get here?".

A couple nights ago, I was lying under my covers, feeling down and doom scrolling through YouTube reels. I could feel depression trying to creep in, and I kept hearing the Holy Spirit say, “Fight back.”
